Crookes Valley House

Structural design for a mixed-use refurbishment, with ground floor commercial use and upper floors arranged for student rental. The scope included external staircase design (designed and constructed on site), checks to the existing roof structure, basement light well detailing, and new floor joists. Several reinforced concrete lintels were also designed to form new openings and support the proposed internal alterations.
