Whistleblowing Policy

VK Engineering & Consulting encourages concerns to be raised where there is suspected wrongdoing, risk to safety, unlawful conduct, or unethical behaviour connected with our business or projects. Concerns will be taken seriously, assessed promptly, and handled as sensitively as possible.
 

This policy is intended to reflect the principles of UK whistleblowing protection (Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998) and professional expectations within engineering.

  • breaches of legal or regulatory obligations

  • serious professional misconduct
