Kitaev House

Full structural design for a new build project from foundations through to completion. The design included a clear-span area of approximately 60 m² with no intermediate columns, achieved using reinforced concrete slab spans of 5.7 m and 9.6 m, with supporting member design and detailing developed to suit the proposed load paths and serviceability requirements.
