Salisbury Street

Structural design for an existing house refurbishment forming an HMO. The scope included the design of new 4-metre floor joists, twin beams to support the demolition of a structural wall, and a beam splice detail for purlin replacement. All elements were designed to integrate with the existing structure and support the proposed internal reconfiguration.
