Structural design for the refurbishment and conversion of an existing pub into a mixed-use building, with lower-ground commercial space and the upper floors arranged for HMO use. The scope included structural design for several floor infills and the introduction of new steel columns to support the proposed layout and load paths, with drawings and calculations prepared for construction.
